Terms of use

These terms apply to the Dayprints website and application operated by Luminate Digital Group, including Free, trial, and paid Plus access. By creating an account, starting a trial, buying Plus, or otherwise using Dayprints, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.

Accounts

You must provide information you are permitted to use, keep your login secure, and tell us promptly if you believe the account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity resulted from a Dayprints security failure. Dayprints is intended as a personal planning service, not an emergency, medical, legal, or financial service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the tasks, notes, plans, habits, reflections, and other content you add. You give Luminate Digital Group the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve Dayprints. You must not add content that is unlawful or that you do not have permission to use.

Free, trial, and Plus access

Free and Plus limits and the current Plus prices are shown on the pricing and Plan & billing screens. If Dayprints offers you the one-time 14-day Plus trial, it starts only when you choose to activate it, requires no card, and does not convert into a paid subscription unless you separately complete Stripe Checkout.

Plus is a recurring monthly or annual subscription billed in advance through Stripe. Before you pay, Stripe Checkout shows the selected price, billing interval, and final amount. By completing Checkout, you authorize Stripe and Dayprints to charge the selected payment method for the initial period and each renewal until the subscription is cancelled. Any applicable tax is shown before payment when it applies.

Cancellation, downgrade, and data

You can open Settings, choose Plan & billing, and use the Stripe customer portal to manage or cancel a subscription. The portal shows when a cancellation will take effect before you confirm it. Cancelling Plus does not delete your Dayprints account or content. When paid access ends, Free limits apply to new capacity, while existing tasks, Dayprints, basic all-time progress, and exports remain available.

Fourteen-day refund window

Dayprints offers a no-questions-asked refund window for 14 calendar days after each Plus charge. To request a refund, email support@dayprints.app from the address on your Dayprints account and identify the charge date. Refunds are handled manually and returned to the original payment method where possible. Requests outside that window are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Dayprints, attempt to access another person's records, interfere with operation or security, probe or bypass limits or access controls, introduce harmful code, automate abusive traffic, use the service for unlawful activity, or resell access without written permission.

Our content

The Dayprints name, branding, writing, visual design, software, and other service content belong to Luminate Digital Group or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Dayprints while your account is active. They do not transfer ownership of our content or software.

Availability, changes, and termination

We may maintain, change, pause, or withdraw parts of Dayprints. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful or abusive use, non-payment, or a serious breach of these terms. Where practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to export content. You may stop using Dayprints at any time and may request account deletion from Settings or by contacting us.

Disclaimers and liability

Dayprints is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Luminate Digital Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, Dayprints.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Dayprints develops. The date above shows when they were last revised. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription or your rights, we will use a reasonable method to notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Dayprints after an updated version takes effect means you accept it, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without limiting mandatory rights that apply where you live. Questions, billing issues, cancellation problems, and refund requests may be sent to Luminate Digital Group at support@dayprints.app. Privacy questions and personal-data requests may be sent to privacy@dayprints.app.
